Ephoria Co. Ltd is a wholly Kenyan-owned company incorporated on 21st February 2017 as a Limited company under Companies Act CAp 486. Its core area in carrying on the business of supplies, imports and export, building construction and renovations with new capitalization and shareholding and also in expansion into building roads, housing and waterways construction and new e-management structures and partnership works.
Ephoria Co. ltd was set up to provide fit-for-purpose solutions in the building and construction sector, in an efficient, cost effective and safe manner. The company has been involved in a range of projects, mainly in upper Easter, Central and Northeastern regions of Kenya.

The Company specializes in building of new structures e.g. structural steel, masonry reinforced concrete composite structures and dams.
Ephoria Co. Ltd is also involved with the design and development of integrated environmental management systems, conducting environmental impact assessments, strategic environmental analysis, water resources engineering, supervision of hydraulic structures, national and regional agricultural development planning, and surveying and geospatial mapping.

We are staffed with competent and experienced staff, who deliver quality products and services and ensure our customers get value for their money. We have the financial capacity to undertake projects of various sizes from small to medium to large. The company has committed sufficient funds, which will ensure that awarded projects are delivered within target.
